Twelve questions, answered without hedging
No hedging and no upsell. Where the honest answer is 'nobody can know that', it says so.
Can this site tell me if my partner is cheating?
No, and it is worth being direct about why not: no website, checklist or tool can know what is actually happening inside someone else's choices. What this site can do is help you separate what you actually know from what you are afraid of, which is a different and more useful question than 'is it true'.
Are warning-sign checklists accurate?
Individually, no. Most of the widely shared lists — a change in schedule, more phone privacy, less affection — are also the ordinary signature of stress, depression, a new job or a hundred other things. They are worth noticing, not worth treating as proof, and the guide on this site walks through where the line actually is.
Should I confront my partner or gather more information first?
This site will not tell you which, because it depends on things a website cannot know — your safety, what you are prepared to hear, and what you actually want from the conversation. What it can do is help you prepare for either path so the conversation goes better than improvised.
Will the decision framework tell me whether to stay or leave?
No, and it deliberately cannot. That decision depends on your values, your history and things about your specific relationship that a set of questions cannot see. What it does is show you what you still do not know and point you at the relevant guide.
Is it normal to still love someone after they cheated?
Yes. Love, trust and decision-making are not the same system, and it is entirely common to feel love, anger, grief and clarity in the same afternoon. None of those feelings settles the decision on its own.
How long does rebuilding trust usually take?
There is no honest number, and anyone who gives you a specific timeline is guessing. What research on couples after infidelity does show is that consistent, checkable behaviour over months tends to matter more than any fixed period of time.
Should I use a tracking app or hire someone to check on my partner?
This site does not recommend that, and will not link to surveillance or tracking products. Beyond the legal and safety issues that can come with it, building a relationship's future on surveillance tends to answer the wrong question — it does not touch whether you can trust each other going forward.
I am the one who cheated. Is there anything here for me?
Yes — an entire guide, hub and hero path written specifically for that side of it. Most material on this subject is written only for the person it happened to; this site treats accountability and recovery as real work worth covering properly.
Should we tell friends and family?
That is a personal decision with real consequences either way, and the disclosure guide walks through the trade-offs rather than telling you what to do. In general, fewer people, chosen deliberately, tends to go better than an audience chosen in the heat of the moment.
What if I am not safe with my partner right now?
Your safety comes before any decision about the relationship. If you are frightened, a domestic violence hotline can help regardless of whether you plan to stay or leave, and the resources page lists free, confidential ways to reach one.
Are my answers on the tools page stored anywhere?
No. Every tool here runs entirely inside your browser. Your answers are never transmitted, never written into the web address, never put in the page title, and never sent to an analytics system.
When is a couples therapist the right next step?
Often earlier than people try it. You do not need to have already decided to stay together — many therapists work with couples who are still deciding, and a professional third party changes what is possible to say out loud.

There is no verdict and no assessment of your relationship at the end of this. We never receive anything you entered into a tool on this site, and we will not ask you for details you have not volunteered.
